1. Registration

Registration on the platform is free — there are no subscription fees. To fully use the platform, you need to authenticate yourself with an identity document.

If you are registering a legal entity, please also upload the requested company identification documents.

2. Search

After completing registration, the system creates your personal account. You can now explore the platform and test how search works.

Each car listing includes photos, seller-provided information, and an inspection report by independent audit companies. Depending on the country and seller, the amount of provided information may vary.

The vast majority of sellers on the platform are long-established and reputable car leasing and long-term rental companies from Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, and other European countries.

3. Auction

Once bidding rights are activated, you can place your bid for the car you’re interested in. Only make as many bids as cars you’re ready to purchase if you win.

There are three auction types:
Closed — other participants’ bids are not visible. The platform shows the auction end time.
Open — you see the current highest bid. The platform shows the time until the active stage starts, where each new bid typically extends the auction by 1–2 minutes (depends on the auction).
Fixed price — a specific price is set in advance and you can confirm the purchase immediately.

If your bid is the highest when the auction ends, the seller will consider and either approve it or reject it if it’s too low. Bid based on market value or ask our team for advice. All fees are visible during bidding, so there are no surprises after you win.

4. Payment

If you win, you’ll receive a winning notification by email. Shortly after, we’ll send a proforma invoice for the car. The payment term is 2 business days.

5. Transportation

We work only with vetted carriers who have all required licenses for car transportation in Europe and use specialized car transporters to ensure maximum safety.

After payment, the seller usually prepares the car for pick-up within a few business days. Once we’re notified the car is ready, we book transportation. All purchased cars are delivered to our secure logistics lot in Marijampolė (Lithuania).

Depending on distance and the seller’s country procedures, the purchased car arrives at our lot within 1–2 weeks from payment.

Typical timings: from Belgian auctions — 5–7 days from payment; German — 7–10 days; French — 10–14 days; Italian — 20–30 days. In some cases, transportation may take longer.

6. Documents

After the car arrives at our logistics lot, we prepare and send the necessary documents to the seller, confirming the car reached the destination country. Only after receiving correctly completed documents does the seller send us the car’s registration documents. These are almost always shipped separately from the car to protect against VAT fraud schemes in different countries.

Documents are usually delivered within 1–2 weeks of receiving the car, depending on the seller’s country and procedures. Belgian auctions are often the fastest (5–7 days after we receive the car), others typically 7–14 days.

Until the documents arrive, we can perform technical maintenance or cleaning if needed.

7. Pick-up

After receiving the car documents, we complete the necessary procedures. Depending on the buyer’s country, we prepare export documents, order transit plates, or carry out a technical inspection and register the car for use in Lithuania. In the Baltics, we can deliver the car to your door.

Overall, the process typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on the country. This is 4–5 times faster than buying from US auctions (often damaged cars transported by ship, restored, and only then usable). European auctions are the best way to buy a car with genuine mileage, serviced by certified manufacturer workshops, without months of waiting — and ready to serve you for a long time.
